Building a New Model of Industry-Education Integration: The First New Energy Vehicle Summer Program Graduation Ceremony of Wanxi University

On August 5th, the first New Energy Vehicle Summer Program, jointly organized by Wanxi University and Anhui Guoke Anghui Technology Co., Ltd., successfully concluded. The summer program, which began on July 8th, focused on addressing the urgent need for high-level electronic software talent due to the rapid development of intelligent and connected vehicles. The core teaching line of the program revolved around the global automotive electronic software standard, AUTOSAR (Automotive Open System Architecture). The curriculum covered key technologies in new energy vehicles, including communication, diagnostics, calibration, and BootLoader, as well as the EasySAR automotive software platform independently developed by Anghui Technology. The program combined theoretical lectures with hands-on practice, comprehensively enhancing the participants' practical skills. The first batch of students successfully completed all courses, acquiring cutting-edge theoretical knowledge and solid engineering skills. This achievement marks a significant step in Anghui Technology's efforts to deepen the integration of industry and education in the automotive electronics field, moving toward a collaborative model of "joint technology research and talent cultivation."




       During the nearly month-long, high-intensity, immersive learning program, the participants delved into the AUTOSAR layered architecture and its crucial role in intelligent and connected vehicles. They focused particularly on mastering EasySAR, the automotive software platform independently developed by Anghui Technology. Through hands-on practice, the participants experienced the platform's static code generation capabilities in core functional modules such as communication, diagnostics, and calibration. The platform's extensive chip compatibility and efficient visualization configuration tool significantly enhanced the participants' efficiency and collaboration in ECU development.Building on Anghui Technology's successful practices in the domestic substitution of BMS (Battery Management Systems), corporate mentors guided the participants through an in-depth analysis of BMS hardware circuit design, low-level driver development, and core safety monitoring algorithm principles. In addition, the mentors helped participants systematically understand the principles of the XCP calibration protocol and its core value and application strategies in the development of new energy vehicles, ensuring that the knowledge acquired meets the talent needs of the new energy vehicle industry.





The successful completion of the first New Energy Vehicle Summer Program at Wanxi University's Modern Industry College marks a significant step in exploring and practicing the "enterprise-led, university-collaborative" innovative talent cultivation model. By deeply integrating real-world technical challenges faced by enterprises, cutting-edge engineering practice cases, and high-level industry mentor resources into university classrooms, the program has effectively bridged the critical gap between the rapid industry evolution and academic talent development. This approach has played a crucial role in precisely training and reserving the urgently needed interdisciplinary engineering talent for the breakthrough of core technologies in domestic automotive electronics software.
